If you have completed a Basic Beginners Class, Riverlea Sampler Class or a Rotary Cutting Class at Riverlea during the last 14 years you may be interested in joining our Quilter's Circle. We meet once a month and for your annual joining fee of $50 you are entitled to 10% discount on fabric purchases on night of the meeting. At each meeting there will be a demonstration of a new technique or product, a project for the year (this year we are continuing with our COLOR theme and looking at Design and Composition as well), Show and Tell, a Guest Quilter at some meetings and lots of friendship and laughs, plus supper.

Do you have a lot of Xmas UFO, you get all enthused in the lead up to Xmas and then with the usual Xmas rush nothing gets finished well this club is the answer. Meet once a month on a Wednesday night and join in the Xmas fun all year and make all your Xmas decorations. Choose small stitchery patterns or do a Xmas Quilt as a BOM e.g. Pat Sloan's I Believe or any other Xmas Quilts of your choice. The only rule is for that night it has to have a Xmas Theme. On Xmas Club night you get 10% off Xmas Fabric and Patterns.

Would you like to make a quilt for just $3 per block. All you need to do is visit the shop once a month to pick up your pattern and fabric for $3. The pattern uses Thangles so the purchase of one packet of Thangles is advised and this will be enough to make the entire quilt. There are 3 choices, Black and White, Christmas and Japanese (due to the higher cost of Japanese fabrics this will be $5 per month). The blocks will be available for the Calendar Month except for January which will be continue to be available through February to give you time to get started. If you are new to Thangles come to the Demo on February 16th (bookings essential).

****Quilters pay $99.95 the first month and receive a fabric kit to make one 12" block. Each month, if you return with the previous month's finished block, you receive a second block - FREE! At the end of the year you will have made an entire quilt for the original $99.95. You will see demonstrated the many Rulers available. Some rules apply: Quilters must be present with their finished block each and every Saturday to receive the next block free and must stay for a fun demo which will be connected to that month's block. We will offer you 2 different colourways to choose from: Thimbleberries / Country & Brights /Contemporary If you would like to be part of this innovative Saturday Sampler Demo Day and make a quilt top for $99.95 please enrol now and reserve your Kit in your favourite colour/style - numbers will be limited. Last year's groups of ladies had an enjoyable year and learnt lots of tips and techniques and some have even finished their quilts! Call into the shop to see some of last year's blocks and to ask any questions that you might have. NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS
